An online, self-paced course on how and why to limit sugar.
You love it, you hate it, you keep going back to it.
And it's killing you slowly.
Unlike tobacco, which isn’t essential to survival and which you can completely avoid, sugar is food and is everywhere!
Esther Hansen, RDN
Sugar was banned in my house growing up. Once I gained access to it, I binged on it, struggled with weight management, had fertility struggles and later gestational diabetes. I was on and off sugar and it was a roller coaster for my mind and body.
Little by little, I learned to give myself permission to eat sugar mindfully. By listening to my body, I realized that it didn’t feel as good or taste as good as I thought. Now, I still eat sugar, but infrequently. It doesn’t satisfy or control me like it used to.
Today, as a Dietitian Nutritionist, I walk hundreds of patients through this journey. They’ve transformed from feeling like victims and failures to competent and confident eaters.
